The Libron, a canal excavated in 1770 to make the Canal du Midi function better, runs by the camping. There are jetties where can moor your boat

The sandy beach lies 500 m from the camping site.

You will find the Canal du Midi about 2 km from the camping. You can go for relaxing walks or energizing bike rides under the plane trees along the old tow paths.

All around Vias vineyards can be found. You can visit chateaux and sample our excellent Languedoc wines. Through the hinterland runs a wine route which takes you through the largest vineyards in the world and picturesque places.

Vias is a medieval town with small streets. Every wednesday and saturday a typical French market is held in Vias.
